SCCS $200 Shopping Credit Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The SCCS $200 Shopping Credit Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Success Shopping Finland Oy / SCCS, Energiakuja 3, 00180 Helsinki, Finland, Business ID FI25463546 (“Sponsor”). Contact: sccs.deals@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence, and have a deliverable physical address in that territory. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and persons outside the eligible territory are excluded. Sponsor's owners, employees, promotion administrators and their immediate families and households are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins October 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends October 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Social-media engagement thresholds do not affect whether this Sweepstakes takes place. Likes, follows, comments, shares and other engagement do not count as entries or affect the odds.

4. Free entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, submit the free entry form on the official SCCS giveaway landing page, including the required name, email, state, age and eligibility confirmations and agreement to these Official Rules. An email verification step may be required to validate an entry. Limit one valid entry per person. No purchase, payment, account, marketing subscription, social-media account, like, follow, comment, tag, share or referral is necessary. Entries sent by email or direct message do not qualify.

5. Entry integrity

Automated, fabricated, purchased and impersonated entries are prohibited. Where one person submits multiple otherwise valid entries, only the earliest valid entry will be retained. Sharing an address or internet connection alone does not invalidate an entry.

6. Selection and odds

Within seven calendar days after the Sweepstakes Period closes, Sponsor will conduct and document a random computerized drawing among all eligible valid entries. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. Odds depend on the number of valid eligible entries. The selected potential winner must pass eligibility verification.

7. Notification

The potential winner will be emailed from sccs.deals@gmail.com within two days of selection and must respond within seven calendar days. Sponsor may send a reminder. If the potential winner fails to respond or cannot establish eligibility, an alternate may be randomly selected. No payment, purchase, public endorsement or social-media post is required to claim the prize.

8. Prize — US$200 SCCS Shopping Credit

One winner receives a US$200 SCCS Shopping Credit usable only toward eligible physical merchandise sold by SCCS at sccs.fi, ordinary shipping costs and applicable sales tax on qualifying orders shipped to eligible addresses. All eligible charges, including merchandise, ordinary shipping and applicable sales tax, are deducted from the same US$200 balance. The winner may redeem the credit across multiple qualifying orders. Any unused balance is retained for future eligible orders; it does not expire and carries no inactivity or maintenance fee. The credit is not redeemable for cash, is not a general-purpose payment instrument and has no cash alternative except where required by law. The winner may give the unused credit to another eligible adult in the eligible territory, subject to Sponsor verifying eligibility and reissuing or transferring the remaining balance. No additional purchase is required to use the credit, although any order total exceeding the available credit requires the redeemer to pay the difference or reduce the order total. The winner is never required to spend beyond the credit balance to claim the prize. The maximum announced prize value is US$200.

9. Redemption and fulfillment

After winner verification, Sponsor will provide a secure redemption method and balance instructions without charging the winner. Credit may be used for multiple qualifying purchases until exhausted. The prize may not be used for cash withdrawals, third-party gift cards or excluded products. Availability, shipping destinations and ordinary store policies apply, except where these Rules provide more favorable prize terms. Sponsor will maintain a record of redeemed and remaining credit, and provide the balance on reasonable request. If an order is canceled or refunded, the corresponding eligible amount will be restored to the remaining credit where appropriate.

10. Taxes, personal information and records

Winner is responsible for any personal tax obligations imposed by applicable law; Sponsor is responsible for taxes imposed on Sponsor in administering the Sweepstakes and will not reduce the advertised prize for them. Entry data will be used only for promotion administration, eligibility checks, winner notification, fulfillment, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Entry does not automatically subscribe a participant to marketing. Information is handled under the SCCS Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Administration records are normally retained for approximately 12 months after the promotion ends, unless longer retention is required by law or an active dispute.

11. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Pinterest. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release those platforms from claims arising from the promotion. Entry information is provided to Sponsor, not those platforms.

12. Publicity

No entrant or winner must publish any post, testimonial, review or endorsement. Sponsor will not publicly identify the winner beyond what applicable law requires without separate permission.

13. Integrity and unforeseen disruption

Sponsor will not cancel or alter the promotion merely because participation or engagement is below expectations. In the event of material fraud, technical failure, illegality or other circumstances genuinely beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may take the minimum lawful corrective action reasonably necessary while preserving fair treatment and awarding the prize whenever legally and practically possible.

14. Questions and rights

Questions may be sent to sccs.deals@gmail.com. Nothing in these Rules limits any non-waivable statutory right or the right to contact a competent court or regulator. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
