30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and, where applicable, with its original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, contact us at support@sccs.fi before sending anything back. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send your item back to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Our products may be fulfilled by different fulfillment partners, and the correct return location can vary by order.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions. Where a prepaid return label is provided, we will send it to you electronically. Availability of prepaid return shipping may depend on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at sccs.deals@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue so we can evaluate it and provide an appropriate solution.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. We will tell you about any applicable return-shipping requirements before you send the item back.

Non-returnable items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and other products that cannot legally or safely be returned. If an item has specific return restrictions, these will be communicated where applicable.

Sale items

Unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, eligible sale items are covered by our standard return policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the simplest option is to return the eligible original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error on our part.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@sccs.fi. We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
